Yes, still 6am. ☀️☀️受傷後讓我更了解傾聽自己身體的聲音的重要性,pushing yourself is great but in the same time you need to understand your body limits and make progression step by step. 今天依舊燒了530+卡路里,重訓時特別注意自己的正確姿勢,跑步時確認自己呼吸心跳都可以負荷和落地時腳和膝蓋的位置正確,整體感覺有挑戰但都在可控制範圍。
